Bless Skandinavía! Við munum sakna þín!! (Icelandic) Farvel Skandinavia! Vi vil savne deg!! (Norwegian)  Good Bye Scandinavia! We will miss you! (English) The Icelandic language is similar to Norwegian because the people who were the first ones to live on the Island and survive were the Norwegian Viking explorers and they spoke Norwegian. They were very isolated on Iceland though because it was very hard to travel back to Norway and they didn't have electricity or phones or anything so they kept talking the same way as always while back in Norway, the language changed more with the times and was also influenced by other European countries that were close by and they traveled back and forth and spoke to each other so the language continued to change. If you have ever read anything that was written back when the US was new, you would notice we don't talk like that anymore either all though we still speak the same language.  It's like if you lived in the 1700s you would say:

We woke up today to our LAST day in Norway. The time went so fast! We have the morning to pack and play in a few parks and don't worry, Amie and I will get a latte. Then we have to head to the airport to fly to Iceland. We'll take a bus and then a train to get there. The 2 girls walking to breakfast The kids all worked on their upper body strength at the park. Even Esme and Esme's baby worked out at the park!  Uncle Aaron worked on his leg strength by jumping over the bars. Well, sort of!!!  He used his judgment and decided the highest one was too high.  We had a great lunch and then headed to the airport where I... ATE MY LAST NORWEGIAN BRUNOST! (brown cheese) The start of the flight The end of the flight. Tired Esme traveled during her nap time. She's a tired girl... again ! We found our apartment in Reykjvik and Esme wore Everett's MCC hat to dinner The restaurant is for Icelanders I think... It had shark soup, lamb soup, spicy tomato soup and cod/potato casser

Off onto another day of adventures. We ate breakfast at home today and then headed out.  Don't worry, Amie and I DID stop for a latte.  Emre is my bus buddy. We sit together on the trams.  There's trams going throughout the city. The rails run right down the normal roads. Cars have to wait when the tram comes. Sometimes the tram has it's own road for their rails. We even saw one tram rail that was a round about with a huge water fountain in the center!  Here's a car driving down the road where the tram rails are. I took the picture while we were waiting for the tram to pick us up.  This is another way to get around Oslo. I've never traveled like this though!  We walked by this store a lot. It made me feel good to think of my dad while I was in Norway, where his ancestors came from We rode the tram and then walked to get to the "Paradox Museum."  It's a crazy mind bending museum where nothing is really as it seems. It was really mind bending!!! When
